Wellness Packages


Our hospital's mission is to provide you with the information and means to take the best possible care of your pet. As your pet ages, it becomes more and more important to bring him/her to the doctor on a regular basis. Remember that one year to us is equal to 4-7 years in an adult cat. Because of this, it doesn't take long for diseases to appear and progress. The sooner that we are able to diagnose these diseases, the better the chances are of us being able to help your pet. Remember the old saying, "An ounce of prevention is worth a pound of cure." Our Wellness Packages give you the opportunity to get a better picture of your pet's overall health. The packages can usually be completed while you wait and a doctor will phone the next day to discuss the results with you. As an added bonus, any necessary vaccines are included at no additional charge when you opt to take advantage of one of our packages.

Adult Wellness Package

This is the basic package for patients. The package includes:

  • Comprehensive Physical Exam
  • CBC- Looks at red and white blood cells.
  • Chemistry Profile- Allows us to check for kidney disease, liver disease, and diabetes.
  • Thyroid test

Mature Wellness Package

This package is meant for our older patients (10 years and older), and includes everything in the Adult package as well as:

  • Blood Pressure measurement
  • 6 Month recheck examination- As your pet ages, it becomes very important that we see them at least twice a year in order to better monitor their health.

With both packages we highly recommend adding on a:

Urinalysis- Gives us valuable information about the health of the kidneys as well as checking for signs of bladder disease.
